Sleep for me is like time and money,  it seems that I always want more than I am getting.   But I have found that if I get too much it can have an adverse effect on me.   I guess I would need to do a proper scientific study to see how much I really do need to get.   Having said all of this,  I find this website and approach fascinating.   I am not endorsing it and neither have I tried this, but I have to say the thought of this is very interesting:
